When you make a purchase through this Website, you are bound by the Diamond Box Terms & Conditions
of sale in relation to that purchase.
All sales are Final:
If you are unsure or have any questions please contact us before you
purchase item. All tickets are subject to our ticket broking fees. Due to these factors, the
ticket price may be more than the face value printed on the ticket. Please due to not
purchase tickets if you do not agree to our terms of sale.
Refunds:
In the unlikely event a show is cancelled (this does not include postponed shows)
and provided the ticketing agency is issuing a refund, on return of the ticket, we will issue
a refund for the full price you paid of that ticket minus shipping & service fees.
We do not refund on tickets if you change your mind.
Shipment:
All care is taken when shipping items. Please Note that when items are sent with
tracking and you must Sign for the tickets and if you are not home at time of delivery they
will leave a Card informing you of the delivery attempt and information on how to get the
parcel. Most tickets on website are hard copy tickets but in some certain events they may be in the
form of a ezy-ticket (print at home) and they will be emailed to you once payment is complete.
Tickets are sent at the Promoters digressing and we endeavour to get them out asap
and will keep you informed of delivery date.
