Diamond Box Office Ensure that every Ticket order is guaranteed to be what is listed on the site
at time of purchase. All Tickets are sent out with tracking and must be signed for on delivery.
We do not use third parties to send out tickets and all tickets are sent out via our mail centre.
Every Order will be updated with a tracking number on despatch. Most tickets on website are hard
copy tickets but in some certain events they may be in the form of a ezy-ticket (print at home) and
they will be emailed to you once payment is complete. Please contact us before you do an order if
you have any questions or concerns.
